Cancellation conditions

Even if you are already looking forward to your vacation, unfortunately something unforeseen can always come up.
In case of cancellation, the general terms and conditions apply as follows.

Period before arrival (again from winter 2025/2026)
Up to 2 months – no cancellation fees
2 months to 1 month – 40% of the arrangement price
1 month to 2 weeks – 70 % of the package price
In the last weeks – 100 % of the arrangement price

Summer 2025 / Summer 2026
Period before arrival –
Up to 1 month – no cancellation fees for small holiday apartments
1 month to 2 weeks – 40% of the package price
2 weeks to 1 week -70% of the arrangement price
from 6 days – 100% – 100 % of the package price

Up to 2 months – no cancellation fees for large holiday apartments & chalets for 8 people or more
2 months to 1 month – 40% of the arrangement price
1 month to 2 weeks – 70 % of the package price
In the last weeks – 100 % of the arrangement price

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing!

If you cancel within the specified dates, we guarantee NO CANCELLATION FEE if the following applies:
• if our apartments were closed by the authorities

Insurance

To avoid unnecessary costs in the event of cancellation and mountain rescue (including helicopter rescue), we recommend that you take out Hotel Cancellation Plus or the comprehensive Hotel Cancellation Premium insurance, which also covers you in the event of a corona illness.
