Cancellation conditions<\/h2>\n

Even if you are already looking forward to your vacation, unfortunately something unforeseen can always come up.
\nIn case of cancellation, the general terms and conditions apply as follows.
\nHotel cancellation in Austria https:\/\/europakonsument.at\/de\/page\/hotelstorno-oesterreich<\/a><\/p>\n

Period before arrival (again from winter 2025\/2026)
\nUp to 2 months \u2013 no cancellation fees
\n2 months to 1 month \u2013 40% of the arrangement price
\n1 month to 2 weeks \u2013 70 % of the package price
\nIn the last weeks \u2013 100 % of the arrangement price<\/p>\n

\nPeriod before arrival \u2013
\nUp to 1 month \u2013 no cancellation fees for small holiday apartments
\n1 month to 2 weeks \u2013 40% of the package price
\n2 weeks to 1 week -70% of the arrangement price
\nfrom 6 days \u2013 100% \u2013 100 % of the package price<\/p>\n

Up to 2 months \u2013 no cancellation fees for large holiday apartments & chalets for 8 people or more
\n2 months to 1 month \u2013 40% of the arrangement price
\n1 month to 2 weeks \u2013 70 % of the package price
\nIn the last weeks \u2013 100 % of the arrangement price<\/p>\n

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing!<\/p>\n

If you cancel within the specified dates, we guarantee NO CANCELLATION FEE if the following applies:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 if our apartments were closed by the authorities<\/p>\n

Insurance<\/h2>\n

To avoid unnecessary costs in the event of cancellation and mountain rescue (including helicopter rescue), we recommend that you take out Hotel Cancellation Plus or the comprehensive Hotel Cancellation Premium insurance, which also covers you in the event of a corona illness.<\/strong><\/p>\n
