  4. REQUIREMENT<\/strong>:
    \nEach participant undertakes to treat the apartment with care and to comply with the house rules.<\/li>\n
  5. CLARITY<\/strong>:
    \nIn the event of eviction (due to noise or police intervention), these rules must be followed.
    \nThere is no refund in such cases.<\/li>\n
  6. DAMAGES<\/strong>:
    \n\u2013 The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by the renting guest.
    \nThe agent accepts no liability. In such cases, the agent will contact the
    \nOwner to seek a mutually satisfactory solution.
    \n\u2013 Should the agent be sued by the renting guest, the
    \nThe agent exercises his right of recourse at the expense of the owner.<\/li>\n
  7. RIGHT<\/strong>:
