The apartment with breathtaking, unobstructed panoramic views of the Schladming Tauern mountains, including the ski mountains of the Schladming Dachstein ski region, is located south-facing in an absolutely quiet, green location directly on the edge of the Ramsau Kulmberg forest.
The secluded south-facing terrace is the ideal place to enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains with a coffee or a glass or two.
Both the winter and summer walking and hiking trails and walking routes pass directly behind the house.
Mountain bike trails in summer and cross-country ski trails (both classic and skating) in winter are located in the immediate vicinity, around 250 m away.
Local amenities can be reached in about 5 minutes by car and in about 25 minutes on foot.
The apartment itself is one of two separate, separately accessible residential units in a two-family house.
It is accessible via a covered external staircase leading downwards.

- It is equipped with a wooden table, four chairs, and an electric awning. Sun loungers, a hammock, hanging chairs, and a barbecue are also available.
- The owners' garden and the sauna can be shared.
- The sauna is accessible from the terrace via a separate entrance (there is also another shower here).
- In the garden, which leads directly from the terrace, there is a swing, a sandpit, a slide, a garden bench and a fire pit.
- Parking spaces for 2 cars are available.

- A ski rack is located in the wooden hut next to the house.
