There is always something going on in the Schladming-Dachstein region

The region is famous for its major events, such as the Ski World Championships, Special Olympics, the annual Night Race in Schladming or the Nordic competitions in Ramsau.

However, the region has made a name for itself far beyond its borders with a wide variety of events – and this goes beyond the sporting context. Concerts such as the spectacular ski openings, summer concerts at the foot of the Planai, the international brass music festival Mideurope, and classic vintage car events such as the Ennstal Classic or Planai Classic delight visitors every year.

The best thing about the events calendar is that it is diverse, varied and presents festivals and events on both a small and large scale.
