Booking information!

A deposit of 50% is due for bookings made within 3 working days.
We ask that you transfer the remaining 50% to our account 2 weeks before your arrival.

Upon arrival we require a security deposit of € 300,- to € 500,- which we on a Credit or debit card will authorize.

Mandatory costs:
Overnight tax: in Schladming € 2.50 per person and night from 15 years
(in Ramsau am Dachstein € 3.50 per person per night from 15 years)

Laundry package:
The linen package includes duvet and pillowcase, 2 towels (1 small & 1 large) per person
€18 per person (towel change €5 each)
The laundry package also includes the initial supply of dishwasher tablets, toilet paper and garbage bags
and 1 tea towel.

The price for laundry packages is per rental.
You are welcome to bring your own bed linen. Please let us know at least one week before arrival.

Pets:
For apartments that allow pets, we charge €15 per day per pet.
(without food etc.)

Provisions of Austrian civil law apply (§ 1168 ABGB).

Please make sure you take out travel cancellation insurance
