Terms and Conditions

1. REGISTRATION:
   can be made in writing, by telephone or in person. It will be “Schladmingurlaub.at”confirmed in writing and is therefore binding.

2. DOWN PAYMENT:
   Invoice: 50% in advance upon order – and 50% 2 weeks before departure.

3. PERFOMANCE:
   The exact services can be found at www.schladmingurlaub.at.
4. REQUIREMENT:
   Each participant undertakes to treat the apartment with care and to comply with the house rules.
5. CLARITY:
   In the event of eviction (due to noise or police intervention), these rules must be followed.
   There is no refund in such cases.
6. DAMAGES:
   – The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by the renting guest.
   The agent accepts no liability. In such cases, the agent will contact the
   Owner to seek a mutually satisfactory solution.
   – Should the agent be sued by the renting guest, the
   The agent exercises his right of recourse at the expense of the owner.
7. RIGHT:
   Austrian law applies.
   Place of jurisdiction and performance is the District Court of Schladming.
8. MISCELLANEOUS:
   Price and program changes and printing errors reserved.
